SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING OPTIONS

  • Standard 
    Royal Mail 48. Estimated 2 to 3 working days from dispatch.
  • Express 
    Royal Mail 24. Usually next working day if ordered before 14:00 (Mon to Fri).
  • International Royal Mail. Estimated 5 to 14 working days from dispatch. We are not responsible for custom taxes. Customer most pay this to receive there order 

PROCESSING TIMES

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Express orders placed before 14:00 are prioritised for same-day dispatch when possible.
  • Processing and delivery timelines exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

ORDER CUT-OFF

Orders placed after 14:00 are treated as if placed the next business day for Express delivery estimates.

TRACKING AND NOTIFICATIONS

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
  • Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to update after you receive the confirmation.

ADDRESS CHANGES

If you need to change your delivery address and your order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at cinoapparel@hotmail.com Once dispatched, address updates are not guaranteed.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS AND MISSED DELIVERIES

  • If you miss a delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card or update the tracking with collection or redelivery options.
  • Parcels not collected within the carrier’s holding window may be returned to us.

DELAYS AND EXCEPTIONS

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates. Weather, strikes, and carrier network issues can cause delays.
  • During new drops or peak periods, processing times may extend slightly.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PARCELS

  • If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, email cinoapparel@hotmail.com with your order number and any relevant photos.
  • Claims must be reported promptly so we can investigate with the carrier.

PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

Orders may ship in multiple parcels at no extra cost if items require separate handling. You will receive a tracking link for each parcel.

PO BOXES AND SAFE PLACES

Royal Mail can deliver to most UK addresses. Safe place or neighbour delivery requests are honoured at the carrier’s discretion.

RETURNS

We offer 14-day returns from delivery. For full details, please see our Returns Policy or email cinoapparel@hotmail.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at Cinoapparel@hotmail.com or click link /apps/parcelpanel-returns and complete form. Please let us know that you are returning the product and provide any tracking references you may have.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send an email to confirm this, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
